Duties: Contact individuals that are in need of financing for their real estate project. Other duties would be to contact Real Estate Companies and Mortgage Brokers by phone informing them that we are a Direct Private Lender and we can assist their Buyers and Borrowers in financing regardless of their bad or no credit scores.

Requirements: Must be serious and willing to work. Can work from your own home office and live anywhere in the USA, some field work may be required in your area. You are able to apply if you do not live in the USA but you must be able to speak English. Part-Time and Full-Time positions are available. Most importantly, must be able to provide us with a daily report at the end of each day you work. All necessary paperwork to get you started will be provided.

PayScale: You are paid $1,000 for each successful Commercial loan that closes. If the loan does not close, you are paid $500 for submitting a serious, approved, qualified borrower to us.

For all Government loans: You are paid $50 for loans that closes $250k and under. You are also paid $100 for any Government loan that closes $251K and over.

I do have resources to get you on board but do understand, you must have your own website domain, the company will provide the web template so you can upload it to your hosting account, work Full-Time which means a lot of advertising at least 8 hours a day, everyday and meet the minimum quota of 10 hires per week.
